ss oil line install

do i need to tap a new hole or anything in the filter housing for the ss oil line? i looked online for an install and cant really find anything. im not exactly sure how to hook it up. any help would be appreciated.

It's been so long since I did mine or even looked at it, but I think there was a bolt I removed on the filter housing and screwed in the fitting from the ss line. I could be wrong though.

Are you using a RRE line.
