Spark plugs are BLACK!

Any suggestions what it could be, im looking now just any help would be great i know its running rich.

A little more info would help (last changed, intake leaks...). Our cars run very rich from the factory, ~ 9.7:1, so a little bit is expected. Are you on the factory temperature plugs and gap?

should be only thing done is a 2g head everything else is stock and new 14b turbo.

just took it for a drive it kinda bogs but when i rev it high it sometimes dies. also the injector for Cylinder 1 is makeing a clicking noise.

First of all, that is a racist comment ( jk ). A pic of the plugs would help alot. the plugs
normally will have some "black" on them. Are the plugs wet or dry ? check your heat range , and your wires [ ignition components ]. Thats a good start.

If you have a leaky injector, then maybe check that out ?

well i went by the haynes manual and it says that the injectors resistance should be between 2 and 3 ohms 3 of the injectors are 3 ohms or higher the other one is at 3 ohms.
