smoking odd

Ok so i installed new wires and put some sealer on my valve cover gasket the other day . And after all this there is smoke out of my exhause when im driving just as im shifting gear it smokes alot or when i slow down , I cannot tell what the smell really is , not something im used to smelling any ideas ?

Head gasket is my guess, smoking out of the exhaust is not a valve cover gasket problem. Bad valve seal could be it too but the HG is more normal.

I have changed 2 HG already. When mine blew it usually smoked white and there was oil in my anti freeze and the oil was milky. Also I had extra pressure in my coolant lines. Might want to check any of that. I finally went with a 4 layer gasket to keep it from blowing again.

well i mean whats ODD about it is before i changed the wires and before i put some sealer on the valve cover gasket it didnt smoke at all and i parked it for 2 days waiting on my wires . So i hadnt drove it since then

and its not like my car has no power it has ALL it's power
