Slipping in 2nd and OD

Hey guys, my trans was working great, would spin tires partway into second. All the sudden it started slipping in 2nd and OD. It still shifts, and still pulls until the turbo comes in, then it slips. Im thinking I broke a band or something that applys the clutches. Fluid is clean and full, well it was until I pulled the trans today.

It still shreds the tires in 1st, and pulls hard in 3rd. I just found a PDF of the factory A/T manual, but Im not much of a trans guy so I need a little help deciding how to tear it apart. Any thoughts?

I'd do a complete rebuild. Mine started out the same way then a few days later I lost 3rd.... my clutches and steelies were toast along with the huge band inside.

The band is the elemant that is applyed in both 2nd and 4th. So I'd say that your band is toast.
