Ok... I got a 91 Eagle talon TSI and I am getting a slight knock under 700rpm at idle after the car is at full running temp.... Is this normal? I would figure sence the oil pressure is soo low it might be.... but it goes a way after I bring up the revs. IDK

I am also hearing this crazy on and off wistleing or humming sound... I cant figure it out... usually does it when I let off the gas and am just crusin or slowing down.... I thought it was a wheel bearing... but my boss who is a machanic says it is not.... but he thinks it is comming from under the car.... He was thinking it was wind noise but I dont know.... Coud a transfer case make that noise, or a bad CV.... I know one of my CV's are bad...

HELP Please!

Oh I also forgot to add... that right now I have my boost at 10 psi.... and some times when I really get on it I start overboosting a little to 15 psi.... like it creeps up.... I have a GM MAF translator.... and I also have a Garrett 38mm external Wastegate. Do you think it could be cheep coupplers or something?

:talon:

WEll I dont hear the knock anymore... which is good.... I still hvae a lifter tick.... hahah who doesent.... but my Idle is still really low and I have some surge.... which drives me nuts.... any ideas?
