Simple Question, just checking something

Ok here's the deal I picked up and 91 AWD Talon cheap from a garage because the owner and mechanic could not figure out why the car was running so rich. So I brought it home and started looking at it and noticed that the fuel injectors were pink in color and not the normal blue 450cc injectors that I was use to looking at. Just to be sure the pink ones are the 1g NT injectors? Also the car is an Automatic, I don't think that would make a diffrence, but just thought I would thow it out there. Also the car is bone stock, nothing has benn modiifed in any way, or at least that is what the previous owner told me. Any confirmation would be greatly appreciatted.

Automatics use a 390cc injector as opposed to a manuals 450cc so that could very well be what your confused about.

Edit: Not all injectors from a non-turbo will be pink. My 240cc non-turbo injectors ended up being brown-ish in color.
Also, how is it possible to run rich on smaller injectors then stock? I could see running rich with larger injectors because it allows more fuel to be added, but with a smaller injector, I don't see how it's possible.
