I forgot to attach the actual pieces i used.

The valve is a canister purge solenoid from 94 saturn sl2, It has the same plug that our fuel injectors use, So sourcing a pig tail is easy.

you can also use the pig tail from a subaru knock sensor, It does have 2 wires close to the connector even though it is a one wire sensor.

The RPM switch I used is from summit.

I have been using this set up for a couple months now, And it works great.
