The hell are you talking about. The upstairs is 500sqft of storage. It's empty except for rafters and a few racing seats. It's the last picture on the page.

Beautiful! Absolutely awesome! I've seen this posted now on four different forums, and this is the only one that I've seen animosity and hostility towards the guy. I don't get it, just because he has money to do stuff he wants and you don't?

Anyways, I'm guessing you could build a nice garage similar to that for half of $110,000 cost, it's just a matter of losing a few amenities. I'll bet the lighting alone cost upwards of $20k including installation. So just forget the video games and keep it down to a single TV and do some cheaper cabinets and you could build a very nice garage for not a ton of money.

At least I have something to strive for now when I finally buy my own house and build a garage.

it could be had for a 1/4 that price......regular cabinets, not a plasma tv, pinball machine instead and ud still have a pimp garage...theres no way he spent 110 grand on that...unless he had someone do it for him

aah thats what my shops gonna look like in 10 years. but its gonna have 5 ports, 1 with a 2stage car lift and alignment rack(lifts the car then has seperate lifts to lift the car off the lift so you can do brakes in mid air), then the other is going to have a pit. then one for miscellaneous things and the last will have an engine hoist that will lead into the engine prep room and dyno. then a seperate port for the car audio stuff. btw this is all connected to a huge sales floor that has performance parts for just about anything with a motor and some things without. i wanna have alot of parts for domestics, imports, trucks, motorcycles, and boats. i want to be able to raise/lower trucks, work on mustangs and camaros, then still be able to mod high end imports(supras, eclipses, rx7) as well as have a "ricer isle" for the honduh kiddies, and a car audio section that has alot of the good brands that we all know and love (alpine, rockford, kicker, memphis, infinity, pioneer, audiobahn, etc).

alright, it is a very nice garage, just be happy with what you got don't be jealous, he has the money to do it, I am not hating, I do like his garage as well, but for what i know or correct me if I'm wrong, a garage is a place to either
1) Store a Vehicle
2) Work on Vehicle
3) Sometimes store boxes and everything else..

We can do the same in a regular garage than as we can in his NICE one...hehehhe
