Shipping to soldiers oversea's

If a soldier is trying to buy parts from you that you listed in classifieds and his city is APO and state is AE... Its no different then shipping to someone within the US... The only difference is that you will have to fill out a customs form which only adds about 2mins of your time... There aren't many DSM's or even parts here in Europe... So, don't jump to conclusions about sending or selling parts to soldiers overseas!!!! I just had to say that because I'm sick and tired of try to buy parts from people who post on the classifieds at a great price, but when I tell them my address and they see APO,AE they flip out and cancel out on me!!!

Do you explain to the seller just like you did in this post? If the seller knows, I don't see why they wouldn't do it. Maybe they are too lazy

I believe I was one of these sellers you tried to buy stuff from. No matter what I tried, they kept giving me outrageous shipping quotes, even at the local Post Office. I don't know if it was just uninformed employees that just had no clue what they were doing or whatever, but it just became too big of a hassle for me. In my case, if it was as simple as filling out a customs form, you'd already have parts from me. I'm sorry I was unable to sell you parts (if you are indeed the guy I spoke to about 1-2 months ago) but believe, I really tried. It was by no means me just being lazy!

Yea I think there just being lazy, but also it is the Asswhole's that work at USPS that don't know what the #### there doing... One guy sent me a recipt saying that it was going to cost him 98 bucks to ship to me... The people at USPS basically charged him to ship to Germany and not to Armed Forces Europe.... and it could just be that people there are ignorant towards soldiers...

Because of all of the drama there is with shipping for us soldiers oversea's, One way to make it easier expecially when you see that people don't ship to APO, APO Box Shipping - Get a US address to ship to your military APO FPO.... I have been trying it for the past couple months and it adds on about 3-5 days to shipping and you do have to pay about $12 per box... I recommend it to all soldier's, sailor's, airmen, and devil dawgz to use to ship instead of USPS straight...
