Shipping times?

I ordered an apexi n1, megan racing downpipe, and a act 2600 clutch. I ordered it on january the 13th. It is now april 24. I have been waiting and wiaiting for theses parts. I can see that these are parts that are specifically made for my vehicle but i cant see it taking this long. Yes, i live in Canada and I didnt think it would be that big of a deal. And now, I cant get a hold of the person I ordered it from. He wont return my calls nor will he answer my e-mails. The money was taken off my mastercard in march and i am now getting kind of worried. What should I do? Where should i order parts from next time?

If it was charged in march do a chargeback and tell the credit card company you haven't gotten your stuff and can't contact the seller

Was this purchase through a classified ad or through a business/company?
