shifter problem

I need a new shift boot, so... I go out and get one of these crap pepboys universal moe jobbers and... It doesn't even get CLOSE to fitting, its like... tiny... I mean it serioiusly is like it would fit better on a powerwheel. In the box it looked like it was the right size, out of the box... it was small... So, anyone know where I can get a red and black shift boot that will fit my laser?

Yeah, I like the look of those leather ones, but than I have to actually take care of it and what not, I want a shift boot I don't have to make sure stays in good condition and have to look after you know? I kinda like the fake leathers because they don't dry up and crack.

ditto...i have seen tons of nice, different colored ones, custom made and gauranteed to fit our cars...

I don't trust ebay... alotta ebay parts are "gaurenteed fit" but really mean, it fits, but your gonna have one FUN time making it fit.

i dunno, in all the pics i see they show the boot on a dsm...it looks like it fits fine...g/l finding one
