Ok, so my T-25 has bit the dust, and after holding it off long enough, I've been thinking of a couple of setups.

1st Setup:
Walbro 190
Small 16g, Big 16g or Evo 16g
Stock Injectors

Would this setup be ok at first with no tuning equipment like I've heard my 2nd setup is?

2nd Setup:
Walbro 255
AFPR
Small 16g, Big 16g or Evo 16g

I'd obviously prefer the 1st setup for now since it'd be cheaper. The car right now is a weekend car, but once I start getting more work done to it, I'd like it to be a DD. My goals would not be more than 350HP.
A small 16g would be my first choice, but there so damn hard to find now a days. My next choice would be a big 16g, but since I've been finding good deals on the evo 16g I may just pay a little extra for it.

Keep in mind like I said, my goals are nothing over 350HP. I do plan on upgrading to bigger injectors, and dsmlink or safc LATER down the road(Like a year and a half).

Thanks in advance to anyone who gives there feedback/knowledge.

It will be ok as long as you keep the boost down. Too much boost on the 16g will run your stock injectors out quick. I would keep it around 14-15 psi. Do you have a logger or anything to be able to look at your o2s? Your first setup should do fine for your goals. Rewire the 190 though.

Either one wouldn't really require any tuning. With the second one you'd want to make sure the fuel pressure is set to the stock base level of 43.5psi.

Now, once you get bigger injectors to go along with those fuel pumps then you'll have to do some in depth tuning.

Without going with larger injectors you're just limiting how much boost you can safely run on the 16g turbos you are selecting from.

I'd definetly not boost anything past 15psi. And also would be planning on rewiring the 190. As of right now I do not have a logger or anything.
