Setting Biss

I have a 95 GS-T and I just finished swapping in a 6 bolt. The car will start and run. It will ony run if I give it gas and then it will just die down...sometimes fast sometimes slow. I did try to play with the screw but then I was told I needed to reset the whole thing b/c of the upgrades I did while I did the swap.

What specs do I set the BISS too? How do I actually do it? I have the scanner that is needed to do it. Just don't know how to go about it. thanks!

What do you mean by "to what specs"? Idle should be between 700 and 800 rpm whenever you're done. If you already have the scan tool, all the info you need is in that link.
