Seperated Crankshaft pulley

What are signs of seperation or when it seperates you will know?

Well mine was pretty obvious. Lost power and power steering. Seen that both my belts were off and well checked out the harmonic dampener and noticed it was seperated. Just take off the splash shield off and check it out.

I've heard that the DSMs, especially 2G, will have the crank pulleys separate rather easily compared to other vehicles. Fluidampr makes some pulleys that I guess are designed to be much better.

OEM: JNZ Tuning Online- OEM Mitsubishi Parts - $125.88

I'd go with OEM and spend that $165 on something else. You don't have any reason to spend the extra money on the Fluidampr model.
