Same downpipe works for different turbos?

This might be a stupid question but it got me thinking.

Im getting a 3" downpipe from a guy around here. its an apexi. So i have the stock turbo now, but ill probably be getting a big 16g.

Will this line up to both turbos? If not, what do you do?

yes. the downpipe connects to the o2 housing which connects to the turbo...unless its an o2 eliminator downpipe in which case still no problem
