Safc-2 issue

Ok I got an safc-2 hooked this thing up late one night. My problem is that the RPM will not read. I do not have the manual, and the apexi website says that there is a prob with launguage script. I had a buddys manual and it went with the car so im s.o.l. pin 21 of the 24 pin harness is what color wire. looked at diagrams and i cannot get a wire color. Checked resistance with an ohm meter all good everywhere. The only thing that contridicts the wiring is a vfaq for a 1g and gvr4 that says to hook it into the black wire on the ecu 4 from the other side of the conecter. SO i guess could someone PLEASE!!!!! tell me what color the RPM wire on the safc2 is and what color the wire on the harness is. Plus anything else that could help me would be awesome thanks happy boosting:

I used the guide on vfaq.com and my install went flawless
