Ok, i just want to clarify something.
I did a 6 bolt swap, and i eliminated my vacum lines (and EGR)
so that means i dont need my MDP(MAP) right?
reason i ask is i used the complete 1g engine and i dont want the drill into the minifold. but would i still need to plug it in to prevent a CEL?

I kept it with my 6 bolt swap. How could you not need it? It maybe be redundant because we already have a MAF, but its that much more information for the ECU to work off of. Or is it just for backup?

Its only used when the Car goes into fail safe mode, like when your drive around with the MAS unplugged :thumb:

I just cut mine off after I installed my Magnus...
