Well I cant figure out where this loud rattling is coming from but I know its somewhere between the firewall and the engine. I allready took off all the heat shields on the exhaust:mad: It's so annoying and it doesn't rattle at idle.

similar thing was happening to be but it was the heat shields... just put some clamps on the exhaust and it fixed the problem.

Anyways, when you hear the noise, is it when you are in the car or have you gotten out under the hood and tried controlling the throttle from the TB and see if the noise is coming from the same area you thought from inside the car.

Dude its so loud that I can hear it outside the car when I'm driving and It seems like it makes the most noise at around 2500 rpm. I keep trying to pinpoint the noise with the tb while the hood is open but I cant find it. Could it be a balance shaft bearing?

it's possible, I know that my AC tensioner pulley is bad and it squaks really loud when it rains, loud enough to hear it driving with the windows up. But its a squel/sqeaking noise. If it's a rattling noise, such as an exhaust shield or such, then it obviously is metal vibrating rather than metal rubbing together.
