Could rain/wetness possibly effect my suspension? I have Skunk2's on stock struts. Whenever it is pouring outside my suspension gets all crazy. I always have to resort to driving on surface streets because most of them are alot smoother than the freeway. But anywho. It feels like their is no cushion to my car whenever it rains. Has anyone else had this problem before?

The rain washes away a lot of the surface dirt and exposes more imperfections in the road. It is most likely your roads and not your suspension. I have a rougher ride when it rains too, but its not that bad.

Ahhh..

Mine is extremely rough. My steering wheel jerks to the side when I drive over the road markings, even. It's getting ridiculous. When I'm on the highway I get this loud knocking sound from my suspension. It's so annoying. It's so bad that it rattles the crap out of my rearview and side mirrors. :thumbdown

Yea, it shakes and jerks from side to side.

^ Thanks for that informative reply.

Have you gotten an alignment since you did suspension stuff? That could totally throw the car off, and when it's wet, if the tires are all off kilter, and they're pulling different ways, the slightly slipprier surface could conceivably cause the car to act all craaaazy.

I'd get an alignment personally after doing any suspension stuff.

When I got the rims and stuff installed they balanced the rims but I dunno if they did an alignment. I'll get that checked out, thanks.

If you don't know that you got an alignment, you definately need one. GO GET IT DONE. You might need camber kits also, if you dont want to shread your tires.
