My radiator was recently changed because of a leak and overheating so now the thing I noticed is that my car started overheating slowly and opened the hood nd saw my fans not running, also white smoke coming from one bolt of the exhaust manifold. Any help? Suggestions on what it can be? I changed my coolant temperature sensor by myself and I'm thinking it may be that but not sure.

Check to make sure your fans are plugged in and the fuse isn't blown.

Which coolant temp sensor did you replace? The one for the ECU or the one for the gauge? The one for the gauge only reads the temp and tells that to the gauge while the one to the ECU tells the fans what to do.

White smoke is usually coolant being burnt. It could be your head gasket has blown because you have overheated the car repeated causing it to be burn and come out of your manifold.

Or, it could be leaking from somewhere and falling onto the manifold cause it to appear that it is coming from somewhere else.

I would definitely do a compression test and block test to be sure just for piece of mind after overheating the car.
