after having my car off the road for the past two weeks, i noticed some play in the steering....when i am going over the speed of 50 or so and hit a bump, the front wheels pull to the right for a second and then go back to pointing straight....also when i am not moving and turn the steering wheel left to right, it doesnt move the wheels at first, almost like somethings losse...any ideas?

**will mitsu do my ball joint recall even though i have a talon? they gave me no problems with my eclipse, but i didnt know if id have to go to a chrysler dealership...

Most likely suspects are lower ball joints (the ones covered by the recall) and tie rod ends. I doubt if Mitsubishi will perform the work but Talon owners seem to have had better luck with repeated replacements.

On a side note, you have been warned several times about using proper capitalization, amoung other things, in tech forums. Is there some part of this message that is not clear?

i dunno, i guess i dont get why you guys care so much...i thought this web site was about cars not english...

Because we are all basically lazy creatures but there are two occasions when it is beneficial to appear otherwise; when we ask for help, and when we offer it.
