If anyone has ever taken out their backseat, they know that there are two bolts that hold on the actual seat belt recievers for the back seat people... would those two bolts be a good spot to connect a harness to? I have searched and saw those other places i was told would be good, but I wanted to know if there was good because for me, it would work out better to be there.

If you ever plan on using that harness -and that is, taking a drunk's passenger door at 50 miles and hour when the sonofabitch blows the stop sign on your left- you want the anchor point in as straight a line as possible behind your heart. Any angular displacement will try to swing you like a rock on a string during a serious crash, with potential damage to whatever it twists.
Harness installation is the last place you want to try and take shortcuts.
