Problems With Idling and Cooling, Many Pics of Stuff Not Plugged In

Alright, so I did some research with the Virtual Tour of the DSM website before this, but I need as much help as I can get. The car runs like crap now, the water temp. gauge inside the car doesn't even move after 3 hours of interstate driving :mad: , the radiator light thing whatever comes on now. Before it would go off after filling it with a little coolant, but not anymore. On top of that, the car idles bad and it fluctuates all the time and drops below 500 on occasion. I will try adjusting the BISS soon and see if that helps. Today in traffic, the car stalled for the first time ever, so I start it and rev to 3 and let out and it still stalls :notgood: . After a while it drives OK with the coolant light on still. Finally get to work and everything under the hood is extremely hot, including the UICP :notgood: I guess you get what you pay for. Any help is greatly appreciated as I am very concerned about the flaming hot engine with the radiator light coming on and no water temperature gauge.
 
That is what I used to figure out what some of the things were, but I have no idea where any of them should be plugged in at or what i need to hurry up and figure out to fix the coolant problem. I also just noticed today that all 4 vaccum hoses off of the throttle body are unplugged and were just pushed under other wires. Should I cap the 2 middle ones off atleast since that would cause a vaccum/boost leak?
 
The first one is the the Closed Throttle switch, the third one is for the fan, teh 5th one is your wiper motor. On the Thermosat housing there is 3 sensors the top one is for the AC, then there is a sensor with 1 terminal it is the sending unit for your coolant temperature gauge, and the last sensor is the CTS for your ECU.

On the thermostat picture, I can see the part that goes to the ECU and it is plugged in and fine, but right below it there is something that is rusted and I saw a plastic piece that connects to the throttle body through a hose. Is that what is wrong and something is supposed to be plugged in there?

Im going to go try to run the vaccum lines like the taboo diagram and see if that helps out with anything.
