Problems with clutch

So i recently got a gsx with some clutch issues. The pedal just sits on the floor. You can pull it back and push it but it just hits the floor and stays there. Any ideas what may cause this?

Did you try bleeding the system? Sounds like air is in the line. Or something is leaking, like the master or slave cylinder.

The car hasn't been drove since 2008 so I really don't know. I haven't tried bleeding it yet. Is there a tech article on it somewhere?

The bleeder is on the slave cylinder. Im sure the search button will show many tech articles.
