Now I feel better knowing that I'm not the only one that has to do this. :p

glad mine dont do any of that. only prob with the 95 gsx im buying it has rust by shock tower  and i herd thats common but my 96 talon dont have any.

i have the same prob with my hatch, the only way i can get it open is if i use the key to open it, or if someone is pulling up on it when i pop the latch. im thinking its more of a weight prob with the hatch. i do have the high turbo spoiler. how much does the hatch weigh anyways?

I have both the hatch and the gas door problems. I just pull the gas door lever multiple times before i get out to fill up and it seems to work. im thinking about just trying to stretch the srping inside the fuel door so it has more tension on it.

My fuel door is ok but the hatch, the lever works but I think the lock is busted since when I put the key in it doesn't turn.

When you have one smack your head because of weak struts, you'll realize they weigh exactly two-hundred, fifty-eight pounds.

Oddly, for being that massive, the bend quite easily. If you fold it up over the sunroof so it doesn't hit you a second time, it only takes one hand.

The reason for the hatch is because the extra weight of the spoiler. Blake (koolade9) took his off and it opened the first try everytime. With it on we always had to do a "double" pop.

Other Hatch back cars have composite hatches. Has anyone everdone this for our cars?? I know that the hatch is heavy, but do you think it's the metal or glass??
