Powdercoated fuel rail

Hi, anyone know the pros/cons of powdercoating the stock fuel rail for a 2g. I am either thinking of trying it myself or purchasing one if anyone knows a source. thanks. The aem is nice, but not $200 nice.

No reason why you cant get your stock powdercoated. No reason to buy one just for looks, the stock 2g fuel rail is plenty big.

There are a lot of vendors on here that do it. I just painted mine though, (candy red)

Actually I got it from a guy that used to powder coat a lot on these forums (tuners, t2g, etc)... he quit though unfortunately. He did my vc too.

TSG59_Steve - Quick question. Did you use any specific kind of paint on that fuel rail? Also, did you do anything specific to 'prep' the rail for paint?
