Popping sound in my intake!!!!

Ok, my car doesn't boost past 5 psi at WOT and I have this horrible popping sound at low speed about 15 mph comming out of my air filter. I think my turbo is bad ### it keeps on popping after it turns off. It drives a little better on long drives but its not the same as before it lost a significant amount of power. It idles like crap as well! Anyone have any suggestions?

My ideas:

Check your CBV("BOV"), is it still recirculated and is the reference vac line still intact?
Are there any cracks in the exhaust mani, turbine housing or the O2 housing?
Do a boost leak test.
Pull your dejon intake pipe from the compressor inlet and check for any compressor shaftplay or visible damage.
