Po400 ??

Hey guys.........my moms car (99 Spyder GS) was driving fine thenall of a sudden when she comes to a light (its an auto) the car wants to stall and teh cel light comes on. I took my logger and hooked it up and it gives me a Po400 Error. I searched online and people say thats a EGV FLOW MALFUCTION??? Can someoen tell me what po400 is? and if it is EGV Flow malfunction can someone tell me what that is LoL. Thanks guys.

PO400 indicates an EGR problem which usually means dirty, a
> temp sensor problem or a vacuum problem which will prevent it from
