Please Help!!!!!!!!!

My car has 160,000 miles on it and recently spun a balance shaft bearing. I waill be pulling the engine soon to remove the balance shafts, do a timing belt job, and install a new clutch. also my compression is 140-150-140-150 and my bearings look pretty good. I was thinking about rebuilding the engine while i had it out? Could throwing a balance shaft bearing hurt anything else in the enigne, should i look for more problems to follow this? I know it's alot of questions but im really confused about what to do here>

If you are going to pull it, then have a reputable machine shop do all their magic on it. Replace all the bearings, turn crank, bore, deck, have the head done. This way you get a new lease on life. Expensive? yes, but if the car is a keeper you will be much happier knowing all potential problems have been eliminated.

I don't have any useful info for you, except that alot of people go with the AEM, but if you want to get more help I suggest putting something referring to your ? in the title. Like I am purchasing a wideband and need help.
