Ok guys I know that Ive have posted many questions about the same problem, but nothing seems to work.
Here is the problem again just to refresh your memory. My idle is terrible one day it will be fine the next it will act like it is going to die then kick back up, and some days it just dies when i start it. Anyway I can live with that for a while.

This is my really big problem. For some reason when ever I give the car a little gas and let the turbo spool before full boost it will misfire and stutter pretty badly until i let off the gas. I have a 255 FP and a regulator that is set at 41 psi at idle with the vac line on. I have MSD wires and BR7es plugs. I just tested the coil the other day and that is fine. I tested for leaks in the FMIC piping and that is fine and so is the intercooler itself. I am running 15 psi without the use of a MBC. My friend suggested that I might be burning coolant through the turbo itself, not sure if thats right or not.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Rob:dsm:

Is the car MT or AT? MT fuel pressure should be about 27psi. Any more than that will result in a rich mix, causing poor idle and hesitation.

Yeah I have tried that and my FPR wont go below 40 PSI, cus my fuel pump just keeps pushing in the fuel. Do you think a better FPR would help. I bought the car with this FPR on there and it is a pos B & M. But yeah that could be my problem, cuz I have messed with it alot, but never gotten it to go below 40 psi. Thanks for the help:dsm:

Before you replace your FPR, check over the fuel return line. It's possible it may be clogged, causing a back up in the fuel system. Make sure there's no visible damage to the line (crimping and such).

BP7ES or BPR7ES are the plugs your supposed to run.
Wait you dont have a FPR. The B&M cant lower pressure so its not a regulator at all. Its a fuel pressure modifier. Anyway, your FP is only at 41PSI with a Walbro?? Sounds like something (filter) is clogged in the fuel system...find the fuel clog, get a real FPR, and get the right kind of spark plugs (that is if BR7ES wont work).

Yeah, I have the BPR7es, just forgot to type the R. I will check the fuel return line, and the filter too. Also is it possible that the o-ring may be seated incorrectly on the fuel pump so that it is not pulling up fuel like it should? just a though, thanks for the help!
