Would I be ok with just the Air/Fuel Ratio Gauge because I am just a highschool kid and I cannot really afford the EGT gauge too or I will have to wait longer to get the turbo...?

the egt is more important than the air/fuel.

you really need both though

What is a good temperature for the exhaust to be?

well, your temp will change as you drive and boost.

800 is normal from what im told when you are idling.

and when you are boosting, make sure you don't go over 1600 degrees.. you want to have a running temp of between 1300 and 1500
