Anyone know the thread size and pitch for the 4g63 PCV valve? I boogered up a few threads and would like to run a tap through it to clean them up, but dont know the size. Any help would be appreciated.

Now that is an odd question. My advice is find a tap that is similar to the bolt and run it through, either that or hela coil it.

RockAuto shows it listed as 1/8” BSPT.

I believe it's 1/8 npt but not 100% sure, you should be able tell if it's the wrong size after a couple of turns.

Hmm,
I guess i'll just go down to the local sears hardware and try and match it up to an old PCV valve. Maybe i can run the valve through a die and get a corresponding tap.
