Palm software installation 1g

Hey I was wondering if anyone can tell me what I need to do to install my 1g software into my palm m125? The batteries died and the software needs to be reinstalled. I do not understand the hotsync. I do not know how to link it to my computer I guess. I can not get it to connect. Thanks, Chad

You need to install Palm Desktop for Windows. That will include the Hotsync manager. When you have the hotsync manager installed into windows, double-click on the palm program you are trying to load into your palm. It will place it in holding in the hotsync manager and upload it to your palm the next time you connect your palm to the pc for hotsync.
