I beleive my oil sending unit has gone bad. How do you replace it, and is there somthing else that migt be wrong besides the actual unit its self?

Turn left to unscrew, use Permatex Non-Hardening on the threads of the new one, and don't go wild with tightening (uh, turn right for that) as the tapered threads can split the oil housing.How do you replace it,
The wire could have fallen off. Other things that could be wrong include gout, basic incompatibility in a marriage, acid rain, global warming (or, cooling), expenses which exceed your income, not bothering to use our nice, new spellchecker for posts, or a fascination with that hip-hop "music" stuff. As well as many, many other things. Or did you just mean about the car?and is there somthing else that migt be wrong besides the actual unit its self?
