so i have over 100psi of oil press above 3k rpms, obviously no b shafts. i know some people say the higher the better but my view point is there wouldnt be a regulator at all stock if that was the case. So i had an idea why not just cut 2 or so rings off the spring for the regulator and drill a hole through the bolt that holds the spring in and make it identical to a fuel pressure regulator? any thought on this idea? I have opened the hole that returns the oil, that didnt help much and i know people that have cut the spring with great results
