Ok guys ive got a ob2 port here. I need to know what wire is power and ground. i just need the port to power up the car has ob1 wring soi cant go threw emssions. I just need the port to be powered up so it can fail. I have away around passing just as long as it fails. they can not fail it without the ob2 port being powered up if someone can help me out i would be greatful thanks
