O2 Sensor? What else?

I have an awd tsi Talon 91 and everything has been going great, up until now, when I just got a check engine light. The odd thing is, the check engine light doesn't come on until a minute or two into the car warming up. Sometimes not even until I drive. That is why I would think its an O2 sensor. Other than that, the car is extremely laggy with boost. The rpms climb to 1500-2000 after driving and then taking it out of gear at a stop light.

I can't think of anything else it could be. any help would b awesome

Get a logger and check it, we could sit here and guess all day but why guess when you can just get it checked and it will tell you exaclty what it is.
