how important are these mods? am i missing out on a lot of power by not having these? they'er kinda expensive so i justed wanted to check w/ you guys first.

Well yes you do need to get that Down pipe. Your catback is basically useless until you upgrade the dp, and a ported o2 or bigger would just make it even better.
The 02 housing could definately use a good porting or even replacing with a better flowing o2 housing, also the little "bottleneck" in the downpipe (flex section) is another restrictive area of your exhaust setup. These two items will help you out tremendously with getting rid of those exhaust gases.
