no spark on 2 or 3 on a 1g

Yeah, I've searched it and I still can't find my answer...
I had to replace my valve cover gasket, had oil in spark plug wells, and so I replaced the gasket, and the 2 plugs that were covered with oil (2 and 3).
I still had no spark on 2 or 3...
so I replaced my coil pack...still no spark...
this is what I'm thinking is the only thing that could be wrong with it

ECU
PTU
Plugs
Coil Pack
Wires

I've replaced everything but the ptu and ecu...
how do I test my ptu to make sure before i throw a new ecu in it...
or basically...now what? I'm banging my head against the wall trying to figure this out.
