Ok, my car has been sparingly going into a 'no power' mode here and there where the idle is really rough, and the car has absolutely no power going anywhere. The problem then became permanent. I checked all the hoses and clamps, no leaks from what I could tell, I changed the TPS thinking that might be the problem. A mechanic took a look at it and said that the no. 2, 3, injectors weren't getting any power (whatever that means), so thinking it was an ecu problem, I changed the ecu with the same problem. Any ideas/

Any CEL? A bad O2 sensor can cause symptoms like this.

How did the mechanic determine that those injectors are not getting voltage? If you have access to a stethoscope you can "listen" to the injector. Place the steth on the injector body while car is running and listen for a clicking sound that increases with engine speed.

You can also pull the plugs for examination. Compare the plugs from the affected injector/cylinder to the other ones. It may give some idea what is going on.

Let us know what you find for more troubleshooting tests.

You can do the same thing by putting a flathead screwdriver on the injector "softly" and putting your ear to the handle.

Try swapping out your injector resister pack. Its that box with the S shaped white wire coming out of it on the firewall.
