No Boost!!!

hey

i installed the k&n fipk filter yesterday and today my friend installed the uicp from dejen tool and the turbo xs h-34 bov

the car ran fine all day till about 5 when my car would only put out 5psi!!!!!
after the install my eclipse 95 gs-t auto went from 14.5 to 16 psi on the boost guage but now it barely puts out 5!!

the turbo is the stock t25

i made a hole in the projective shield on the hood becuase i saw that the vac hose was be pushed down upon.. and we checked all the hoses and tighten everyone of them put its still only puts out 5 psi

would anyone know what the problem is??

Build a boost leak tester, and pinpoint the leak with soapy water. Its probably your blow off valve. Does the car idle rough at all now? Might be a big enough leak to affect your vacuum at idle as well.
