Hey all! My lovely girlfriend has brought me the gift of love for christmas (stuff for my car). Shes offered to buy me anything up to $350 for my car but I'm stuck on what to get next. I'm asking for some suggestions. Thanks for any input and merry xmas everyone!

Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator.

Yes, you do need one with a 255lph. But a downpipe would be nice too, if you go that route get ready for some 14b insta-boost.

hehe, yeap, i'd go with a downpipe for now, and save the rest then upgrade turbo's, again, this is considering that you're on the ball with your maint.

good job on finding a girl that will spend money on your dsm for you, and even more, deal with it! i've had a couple girls leave me just because i spend so much time working on the car haha. haven't been able to do much to it being that i'm always working (like i should be doing right now) but it's all coming soon!

Hey everyone. Just wanted to say thanks for all the responses I got. Turns out my buddy had a spare 2.5 inch DP I fabbed up for use and a ported 2g 02 housing. So all my exhaust is sitting pretty good. As for maintenence I work for a automotive shop specific parts dealer so all my stuff is up to par. If I didn't work here then theres NOOOO way I could have afforded the clipse LOL.

So in the end she talked with a bunch of my friends and they talked her into some crower 272's so those should be in soon for a little boost in hp. I'm not sure how they'll work with a 14b though so it should be pretty interesting. Thanks again everyone and happy holidays. :thumb:

I dont think the cams would have been my choice, but none the less, you will gain some upper rpm power at the expense of some low end torque most likely. Cams will become more beneficial down the line when you upgrade turbos

Crap I forgot to add that I do have an MBC and AFPR. I'll add those now haha sorry. I'm running 18psi currently incase anyones wondering.

I was running FP2x cams on the 14b for a little while. It was nice. Very nice. :) You'll like the boost response you get.

I keep reading about the low end power loss but with such a small turbo and what not I figure it won't be too bad. I'm still using the stick intake pipe with a K&N. I bought the 4in FP intake but I can't get it to clear my J pipe.
