This is a rough draft of what I am thinking of doing, I might need to get a new motor due to crank walk, but I'll find out about that tomorrow. Does anyone recommend any different parts/places to buy etc? (Some of this I'ma try to ebay but...)

Chage to a greddy 24row at least. If not get a SBR/AGP/Victory/DVDT Intercooler
What size turbo-50-trim,57-trim, 60-1?
No need for the replacemant coil.
No iridium plugs.

Actually I'm going to stop right there.

First you should get your basic mods on,

Gauges,Intake, turboback exhaust, boost controller,FMIC (so you don't have to upgrade IC pipes twice) and a BOV. As far as the FMIC ditch the 18r and get a 24r if you really want a greddy, otherwise an AGP/Slowboy/victory/DVDt/AMS would be better choices.

Once you get those mods on then come back and start on more.

Clutch
pump-255
Injectors-650's
AFPR
DSMLINK
Bigger turbo

You need to start of slow.

Should have noted a few things. As of right now I have TurboXS RFL, TurboXS HP BC, Full 3" exhaust with Magnaflow muffler, hard upper piping. I have EGT, Boost, A/F (even though it's pointless but I like to monitor it due to last dyno run A/F ratio was like a 16.5) Clutch is ACT 2100 with XACT Flywheel. 24r is good too, was just trying to get all the parts I want and thought sacrificing 6r wouldn't be too bad.

As far as the plugs I was to damn lazy to go look up what NGK's we are supposed to use and iridium was the first thing that came to mind...

The turbo options are as follows with the kit...
Includes: AGP/SFP T3 manifold, TiAL 38 or Turbonetics Evolution Wastegate, Stainless Steel dump tube, 57 or 60 trim T3/T04E, 2.5" Stainless Steel O2 housing, oil feed line, oil drain tube, gaskets, nuts, and bolts. Available turbine housings - .48, .63, .82, 1.06 A/R ratios. Available turbine wheels - 76 trim T31, 76 trim T350.

First you need to decide your goals once you decide those that will determine the tubro size you want, which will then determine your injector size, pump size, and tuning method.

Any suggestions as far as turbo size? The motor is stock, nothing forged etc... Basically I'm looking for the car to be putting down around the 300's... Nothing insane but maybe in the mid 12's without spray...

Basically a car that will pull on the highway, but still a daily driver....You know every DSM'r has/wants a 12 second grocery getter.

So here's the updated list. Can the EvoII be externally wastegated? I want to use an O2 dump. And also thanks to everyone who helped.

Apex N1 Downpipe 209

Turbo:
Slowboy Racing Intercooler w/ Kit
EvoIII Big 16g
Exhaust Manifold with O2 dump
Wastegate (Tial 40mm?)

Engine Management:
DSMLink

Motor:
1st gen (or equivalent) throttle body
Intake Manifold ??
HKS cams (264 degree intake, 272 degree exhaust)

Fuel:

660cc Injectors
Denso/Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump

When I had one custom bent, the pipes were crush bent, and theres a gap in the piping where the O2 sensor is....it goes from 3" piping, then about a foot and a half of the stock pipe (O2 sensor is here), then 3" piping again.
