Well whatever is closest to everyone would be great, I don't mind driving into the city if we have to. But I definitely want to what KC has to offer when it comes to DSMs. Don't see too many around Blue Springs - maybe 3Gs... but that's about it.

I say we keep posted on this, all just agree upon a date around there of when everyone isn't busy (hopefully June so I can attend too) and we'll all meet up at a place. Depending on numbers - will determine where we meet I guess? If you know people in your area, as smprende10 said, get some buddies you know and we'll get it poppin'.

No lie though, hopefully we can get enough people - I kinda want to make a video of it and represent the KC area. So yeah, I guess we can crunch some rough numbers of confirmed people... I can try and arrange something as I won't busy at all (if it's okay during June). Just let me know what's up. This'll be my first meet as well.

I have a few friends that might want to go. But my engine blew a few days ago so my gst will be out of the picture for awhile. By the way, would anyone know where I could find a 6 bolt 4g63 for a reasonable price? I've wanted to do the swap, just not under these circumstances

The KC Import FaceOff is scheduled for May 1st, this year any of the KC group interested meeting and attending this event as a group?

Welcome then! Oh as for finding a 6 bolt it'll be a little challenging to find one in CL that has the oil squirters (turbo) but if you look on DSM Graveyard they can ship one to the KC area for about $100 and the short block, assuming you have a 7 bolt head (2g), then you just get the short block on there (used) for $499 and go from there. Or you might get lucky and find one on CL. Best of luck!

Awesome! Assuming I have no issues with my car by then (fingers crossed) I'm all game for that! Well where would we meet to drive down? Or would we just "pick up" people as we go along each city on the way? Either way I'm game with this, we'll meet our fellow people and go to another already organized meet.

I'm down with the Columbia meet too! We could all meet somewhere down by the independence center where I70 and I470 intersect, its basically on the way to Columbia if you live anywhere west of 470/291. There should be enough room for all our cars in any of those parking lots.

Exactly!! With the Columbia meet we usually meet at the mall. it works out very well

Also don't know how big you guys are into movies but we could also all meet up and go see the new Fast and the Furious movie that is coming out. Some buddies and I did it last year it was fun.
