Anyways... so have you never owned any DSMs? FYI it will cost you a lot less to buy a turboed AWD one than a turbo conversion in a 420a... plus the fact that even after that... You prob wont get the results you desire.

good luck on your project! There is a white GS with a Hahn turbo kit that rolls around Moore/OKC you might be able to run into him one day and ask what he has. You would be better off picking up a GST/GSX in the long run though.

Thanks guys, I wanted to get a GST/X but all the ones around here or even close had 100k+ miles on them, plus I got a great deal on this car..

As for my project, I picked up a TDO5H off of ebay yesterday, should be here soon..

I'm not entirely sure of what all I will need.. I am still searching the site for most of my answerers, I figure I would need the following..

My motor is all stock of-course.. (I plan on getting forged rods and pistons around March or April, until then I will run low boost)

new clutch (something that can handle more power, or my driving, what do you guys reccomend?)
Turbo (duh)
Turbo Mani (Ima get me an e-bay special)
Intercooler of some sort (Not sure if I NEED one, but I WANT one)
I am going to custom make all of the piping
BOV (I am picking up a stock 1G BOV soon)
Oil & coolent lines (all the stuff to lube and cool the turbo)

Injectors (I don't know the stock size of the 420a or what size you reccomend, HELP?)
Fuel pump (Do you guys think I would need to upgrade the pump?)
Turbo Timer (I guess)
Boost Controller (I need help in this department.. hah)

I am probably missing some things, I'm just too hungry to think of them right now, I'm just excited and anxious to learn about all this stuff. I'm very mechanically enclined, but have never messed with boost.

i might be wrong, but turbo install process for a 4g64 and 420a are about the same with same parts except for the exhaust header, they might be different
