Okay quick question...I've read a few people have gone through this situation, but now that it happened to me I feel like I'm the only one...
Just installed PTE 680cc injectors. I have a re-wired 190 pump, stock fuel pressure regulator, pocketlogger, and wideband.
Before I started the car, I set the corrections on lo th to -30% across the board. Started the car, my wideband AND narrowband wouldn't even read anything. I raised the correction to -20%, it got better; my wideband started reading around 15.5:1. Ultimately, I am at -7 for idle (1000rpm), raises to -4, then 0, then back to -4 from about 3000rpm till redline. My fuel trims are close to 0, usually off by 2 or 3 with these corrections.
I switched these 680cc injectors in place of my 550s, and with those I was good around -17.
I checked everything that I disconnected...fuel pressure regulator, electrical clips, everything. Everything is good, and the car IS running. I even have it running with good trims and a/f ratios.
So am I good with just following what my logger and wideband are telling me? Or am I really opening up those 680cc injectors almost as if they were still 450cc because I'm so close to 0%?? Thanks for any advice.
Ben
