need tranny help fast

OK the 2nd gear synchronizer went out in my 90 turbo laser need to fix my car to go to the track will any of the parts from my 91 n/a talon work to repair in everything is fine in the 91 tranny but final drive part please help got to get it done for sunday

OK so is there anything i can do use synchronizer or swap 2nd gear don't have money to buy buy and still get them in time

ok a friend of mine changed gears in his civic put a LS 5th gear in his b16 tranny the LS gear was taller just want to know if i can swap 2nd gear just so i can run this weekend are the shafts splind the same i know it will be lower but it is better then 1st to 3nd i may be able to syart in 2nd just want to get the car running to go to the track one more time this year

Call a Mitsubishi dealer and check to see if the part numbers are the same. Assuming you can get them to do that. Your other option is to find a good used transmission. Sometimes you can fly cheap if you are patient. Fast and cheap are quite a hurdle. The non turbo is a 22 series transmission the turbo is a heavier duty model which I think is the 33 series.
