Hey everyone. I'm new to the DSM world but I have some car knowledge :)
Anyway I've some issues thought yall might help me out.

1. Boost leak at the BOV. - normal or what ?

2. boost leak at the throttle-body.- normal or what ?

3. What the heck is a MAF-T and where do I get one?

4. Stock boost on a stock 2g ?

5. Maximum psi you can get outa the stock T25 ?

6. And lastly, anyone know what code p1400 manufacturer secondary emissions control malfunction is ? Sick and tied of my CEL and I already threw a downstream O2 at it with no effect

Thankyou for any advice, and yes I read most of this sight and didn't find sufficeint answers to these questions, but if I missed something I'm sorry ROFL

3. It stands for mass airflow translator. Its a device you need if you put a gm mass airflow sensor on your car.
4. Stock boost pressure is 10-15 psi.

Ok thanks for that info.
how do I tell if I have a GM maf ? and where do I get the Maf-T ?

and does anyone else know anything about my other questions ?

Thanks guys :thumb:

1. If you still have the stock BOV then it is common for them to leak
2. Throttle body leaks can happen, especialy if they have been taken off and gaskets weren't replaced.
3. Maf T is a maf translator to be used with a GM mas. If you are looking to with this set up you can find it in the calalog.
4. Stock boost is around 12 Psi
5. The T25 becomes pretty usless and just blows hot air past 16 Psi

:dsm: P1400 is manifold differential pressure sensor malfunction. Either the computer see less than 0.2v output from the MDP, also referred to as MAP sensor, or more than 4.5v output from MDP for more than 4 seconds. Did you unplug your MDP if not it is very likely that it is dirty remove and clean. Check for 5 volt reference to the MDP and ground. If you have any ???? feel free to email or pm. :dsm: :dsm: Much easier to diagnose with a scan tool. HOOK IT UP

check out the site vfaq.com for dsm's the site will have all kinda of info for the boost problems, shifter fix, bov fix, installs and etc...

Great info !

Thankyou all very much !

I have GReddy full hard pipes, type s bov, K&N filter + all free mods , B&M short shifter and boost - A/f gauges atm.
