Hey folks I'm in need of a 2g AWD manual Trans. My car has been sitting at Atlantic Motorsports in MD for over a year. my center diff is f*cked up from a two wheel tow. Im trying to find the cheapest simplest solution to the problem. any help would be apreciated. Thanks in advance folks.

is rebuilding an option? My rebuilder is highly experienced and I can probably offer a decent price if I know whats going on with it.

It would be if it didnt cost so much. I don't need much not goin too far past 400hp (if that). The bigest thing is the center diff. and some other things. i will try and get the list to you. the biggest thing is the center diff.

Hey Vic,

If used is option, check out Ernie's Auto Salvage in Martinsburg, WV. Click Here for a location on them as well as a phone number. This is a massive wrecking yard. I pulled a 2g N/T 5sp trans from them for about $350. Even if they don't have it they can probably get it for you within a reasonable amount of time.

You need to be careful though, the last thing you want to do is get some used trans that ends up with the same problems a few months or even weeks down the road. It sucks doing things twice.
