need help to get new brake pads

I had the greenstuff pads with front dotted/slotted rotors in the front from the end of this winter. But they keep making noises and they dont resist that much heat. So I am thinking to get a better quality pads. What kind I can go with?? I have a 99 RS FWD.
 
If you are really overheating greens, then get reds or R4s. (Note that that is R4 plural, not R4-S.)
